As I walked across the road on the 'cross now' sign at Esmonde rd Takapuna this evening, I noticed a lady at the front of the traffic lights chatting away in her car with her hand held device pressed against her ear, so I calmly pulled out my phone and walked up to her car and took a pic of the front number plate, then casually proceeded to the other side of the road. As she quickly hung up, the look on her face was priceless.

Its about time to police had a blitz on this its very common in Christchurch at the moment , also people with dogs sitting on their laps while driving ! Saw a chap with 2 on his lap coming home the other night . Dangerous !
