LOL, I think the entire motorbike world is already WELL aware that Harley people don't like anything else but Harleys, and will NEVER like anything else but Harleys.

I rode my bike mech.'s loaner battery Specialized bike (the $5k one not the $7k one). It was very cool. Assistance up to 40kph so I was doing 45kph up a hill! I watched Leno's test months ago. He was impressed.
Of course it will, but my point is that once you open the throttle to even quite a slow speed, you are back at maximum torque and the potential to break traction. On anything other than a motorway or the open road, speed is decreasing and increasing all the time.
