If you are a goldfish most likely not. But if you were an adult human then you would read the auction description and see that it says "We have taken this vehicle on short test drives and it drives well" On that basis we would say yep it is driveable.

Its interesting that these low ballers even think that a cheap deal for cash would even be attractive to a dealer, they can't seem to view it from a professional dealer who is in business perspective.
