There is the odd LPG vehicle in Japan for sale, but they are extremely rare. I see that there is a dealer down here with a Hyundai factory LPG car for sale at present that was recently imported from Japan. With respect to compliance, no different than any other LPG car, it will have to have the LPG certification done though before the car is complied, as the LPG system has to be certified before any compliance/WOF can be issued.
