Until you find out what relay is clicking, what circuit it controls, and state what make and model and year of vehicle, no. Has this only happening since the head unit was fitted?

Does it do it if you only turn the key to accesories ?
Does everything in the car seem to be working ?
Does it click when you turn the key to crank position ?

does it do it if radio is turned off? You could try pulling each fuse to see when/if it stops. My landrover makes a few clicks, i think due to power windows having a timer so you can still use them for a short time after removing key, among other things.

If you can locate the relay, possibly by putting a finger on it and feeling the click, you may be able to swap that relay with another from in the car somewhere that is the same. They often have several the same.
Since it clicks on ACC I'd guess it's the acc relay. That relay turns on, and then off when you turn to start, to lessen the acc load for starting, when you let the key back to run it turns the acc back on.
It could be a bad power, or earth, or key switch, or relay. The simplest test is to swap it with another and see if it stops the clicking. That's the first step. If it doesn't fix the problem, put things back where they were and proceed with an earth and power check. you will probably need a wiring diagram for that.
Good luck.
