I purchased 20L from a company in Auckland about 4 years ago. Cant remember their name but I got it from good old Google. Even though it was couriered down from Auckland, it was still cheaper than getting it from the suppliers out the Hutt Valley. The shell depot in Palmy used to sell it in 60L drums that we used to get for cleaning bike and car parts.
