Were you at Manfield yesterday? I spoke with the gremlin there and he was not a happy man (to say the least). Followed the thread on FB and wondered if you were there at all?

No Pete I wasn't. I was busy swimming across Auckland harbour--3 km swim, It turns out gremlins problems were basicly self inflicted. What is common knowledge round the traps he wasn't aware of.--(Neither was I) It turns out. simple maintainence was needed a couple of months back.Im pretty sure the part was fine then but sucking at full throttle through a blocked filter screwed it up.-OR of course it was already on its way out. RC had DEFINITELY given it a huck out before the dyno runs for me in april and it only did one more track day for me after the huck out. Stoudy helped him out for R2 by loaning the whole tank from another K7 he happened to have in the trailer. Ive found a replacement part from Bikebusters. I tried to get new filters but Colemans Suzuki tell me its a no go. Frankly Im effin kicking myself not pushing the button on that 2013 but too late now to worry.

Don't tell him that -- we will end up with all those 'mainlanders' coming up to take over our playpens

Probably trying to save the toll - don't tell him that they've stopped collecting it. I read Shaun's Facebook posts - he said he "stole" the tank off Andrew's bike.
Anyway, he'll be set for Wanganui - are you going to be there?

ya know some bugger shoulda told me that. I was told it was a one way ferry to Bayswater and the only way back was to swim. -Who knew the ferry driver would lie to me? was kinda fun having an ocean liner forced to wait for me (and 1500 others) to swim by though

Ohh no-unlike cyclists smimmers don't have a sense of entitlement to be there. We know its a privilege to share a harbour with the boats. THat and a ship wouldn't even notice if it mowed down 100 swimmers.

Remember you are sharing it with the sharks to. I can only be smart as my only swimming stroke is doggie so i got nothing more to offer.
