Where is my obd2 port

I have a 1999 accord cf4. I am trying to plug in a elm327 so I can use the torque app. But where is the port to plug it In?

might be obd1 on that japanese where late to implement obd2 , also you know a elm 327 can only read global obd2 codes that are emission related nothing else. i go look i my book where it might be for you now

ok 99 accord it is on the left side of middle console where the consol ends forward under th glovebox compartment where these to things join

It's unlikely your Honda is OBDII, most likely OBD-I (old school) as commented above 2-pin & 3-pin diagnostic & service and data-link connectors.

If you check out the Honda forums, perhaps the honda-tech-savy guys out there have developed an diagnostic software (with compatible usb and/or db9, usb to db9 cable to plug into laptop)?

Sit in the passenger seat and pull the carpet away from the left side of the centre console.
