Stupid price's for their cars and they wonder why they get upset.

Always gonna be jokers out there who think their car is made of gold. That said, it is a two way street and you do deal with muppets who offer way below the realistic price for the car.

There are also those who spend $1,000 sticking trinkets on their car or bike, and think that's actually added $1,000 to its sale value.

I'm noticing lots of private sales at same or more than same things at dealer with warranty on board. Guess they bought a year or two back, reckon on losing a couple of thousand, but hadn't noticed that dealers prices are down too. Then when you check expired listings to see what they sell for, boy there's a difference. Pity tm doesn't make searching expired easier and more obvious so sellers can judge better what's selling.

Am I asking too much?
Been waiting for 10 days and no bids? I was tempted to start with $1 reserve, but the buy now is about what I would expect for the beast so I though the $2500 reserve would get some interest.

Those guys of course screw it up for car dealers. Those stupid high prices are what people remember when going to trade their car in--but of course equally its the very lowest price example they refer to when comparing the dealers car.

I think your issue is more the fact that it's not a car that many people are interested in rather than the price.
