They are cheap for a reason, everything about them is cheap. Have personally seen one with collapsed wheel bearings after the grand total of 20km. That was a few years ago now, they may have got better. Personally I wouldn't risk $1500 on one

Rubbish. This is coming from someone that sells Chinese and NZ made trailers, I was looking at them at the weekend the floor and sides had rust (not just a little bit either) on a new trailer with the add saying galvanized for rust protection, wasn't impressed at all.

You gets what you pay for in trailers. If you want one to last buy a NZ made one.

If you want one to last get one custom made, I've got a trade in that is NZ made by a big company. All the sides are tacked on no welds and of course they are cracked, where the cage mounts it is cracked,sides and floor are only 1.5mm only has 40x5 flat for the cross members, only has a 1200mm draw bar, really not a good trailer but it is NZ made so must be good aye.

There is one NZ made trailer that has a good reputation, and you see them all over the country. Starts with T.
