So three argentena judges want to prosecute top gear for replacing the offending number plate and putting another, inoffensive plate on after the initial attacks occurred. In an attempt to avoid violent assault they committed an offence of falsification.
No mention of charging the locals with assault!

Poor losers the Argies!
History Is littered with battles between the Germans, French, English, Scottish, Romans, Danes, Russians, Japanese, Koreans, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese and so on, but in the main, most have buried the past (to a degree), but oh dearie me, Top Gear are the most villainous of the lot. Pathetic.

Argies still cant get over the fact they LOST the Falklands war . DO what they like , cant see them being able to extradite him for it , no english judge would wear it . Tell them to have sex& travel .
