Be awhile before any auction . judge has to rule on it first& HH will have a clued up lawyer . could be 6 months .

they even got Al capone on tax evasion in the end . The IRD can charge without an crime being committed , they have more power than police , as they can prosecute on probabilities , like saying how does he get 6M$ worth of gear on a benefit . He has to prove otherwise unlike a criminal prosecution where prosecution has to prove guilt beyond reasonable dout. Clever move .
