I think flock is different from wrinkle spray. Flock is generally some sort of fabric fibre like a coarse powder. It is available in the crafts section of trademe, but seems hellish expensive. My experience of it years ago was that we applied sort of a varnish the inside of a jewellery box and then dusted the flock over it when the varnish became tacky. The nature of the material would prevent it from being available in a spraycan. Look on youtube for examples of how to apply it. Youtube also shows how to make it.

Consider getting some felt carpet and gluing it on for that job.

About 12 months ago (while picking up an item purchased on Trademe) I came across a place in Te Rapa (Hamilton) that still does Flock Spraying commercially. Claimed to do work sent in from all over NZ, as one of the last of the commercial applicators left.

Good idea, but most people who try that finish up with a flock of a different result.
