Yep there is that, but at least he's using std profile tyres instead of the common low profile types ppl tend to stick on something like this.
Other then that, it's pretty std looking.

Sleeper cars very often have something that gives the game away & yep, in this case it's the mags.
Either way, it had be mags or wide tyres that gave it away.

But would still need wide tyres to cope with the engine.
Plus the stud pattern is an easy clue.

This is totally over the top "When modifying the firewall we kept in mind that we wanted to be able to maintain and service the motor without too much hassle. There is enough room to remove the valve covers and distributor and anything else if necessary."

Any good engine swap needs the engine to come out for things like oil filter or spark plug replacement.
