Red arrow left more than just no right of way it's no turn left. Same for other arrows.

Some are missing the point, a person crossing the road regardless takes precedence over a vehicle any day. A life is a life - despite everything, we protect each other. Had I seen a person crossing the road regardless of me having the right of way (vehicle) I'd calmly slow and wait for them to cross and then proceed. You're in a 1-ton weapon.
