10,145 apparently. Well that is what the dealers website in west Auckland states. Is this more or less than you thought?

Lots of Korandos and Tivolis on the road, mechanicals based on the A Class Mercedes. 1.6 and 2.0 units. daughter has 2015 Korando seems to be good in that class of Jap/korean units.

Probably about right. Not sure when they came to NZ but if it was say 12 years ago probably only 1000 sales per year even with the attrition of wrecked onse. If they had 20 dealers (just guessing) That is only 4 sales per month per dealer.

The Rexton was a well specced good looking vehicle in its day. You’d think it was time for a serious upgrade

They they never took off sales wise, probably for good reason. Looking at Kia and Hyundai's vehicles I think that if they made utes they would probably do quite well here. Honda sells a ute in the USA, it never got here.

There is also a brilliant little Fiat Ute that would fill a real gap in the market here but Atteco are probably too stupid and lazy to look in to it.
(I am talking about the Strada not the Fullback which is a Triton rebadge).
Peugeot do one too I think.
