think i seen it once . Who sells them here?
https://lpg-kits.blogspot.co.nz/2016/05/introducing-flashlube-catch-can-pro.html
the thing is if it dont fu. s with the airflow that the computers want to see from crank in to intake then it be a good idea.
Because carbon is only turning to taar if it is mixed with crank vapours .

I installed a catch can in my Mazda T3500 bus ( motor home) earlier this year. Seemed like the amount of blow by was sending oil all over the underside of the bus through to the diff housing. I bought a real nice 1 Litre unit from Ebay/Alliexpress (1 0f those) from China about $35.00. The fittings were real expensive here for it though. So make sure you get the right fittings as the thread sizes are used in the hydraulic world and they are gold plated. The oil prob;em under the bus has gone. Wish I could resolve the blow by issue without re-ringing, as the oil consumption is 1 about Litre per 500kms. Blardy Jap Crap.

You have a possibly 30 plus year old bus with a zillion (who knows) kms on it, any number of owners with unknown service history (unless you are only owner) and for some reason its jap crap? Or was it dong it 30 years ago as well? You really can not call something crap with backing up the possible reasons, surely?

looks like a provent copy.
would have to check if its got the filter inside and the valves. some of the fake ones leave those out.
don't forget you will still need something to hold the oil or fit a drain back to sump.
a good catch can like that helps. most good vehicles will catch very little oil.

Just what I was thinking, frankly being a Mazda T3500 you're lucky it's still going as they were considered to be a bit of a hand grenade. not one of Maxda's better models for sure.
But Jap crap surely he jests, lots of Euro stuff would have expired by now as well. unkown history = likely, probably high kms?
Service history a big ? early on in it's life god knows, perhaps he doesn't !
Hmmm but then again it's still going isn't it oil gobbling and all !
Probably needs a Christmas present, that might only happen when it finally gives up . right.

It also begs the question, why a Mazda when euro's are so superior, wouldnt you just get one and have trouble free motoring forever?

ema1, Oct 22, 7:41am
Europhiles would have you believe that, but there's lots of damn good Japanese buses out there gun.

176,000Kms and I'm 3rd owner. Bought the bus because it was laid out well and the price was equitable to our needs and pockets. I would like a Euro but buses in the 6-7 metre range would be extremely hard to find if in fact they exist at all. Can't understand why you and the resident Euro basher are so upset about me calling "My" bus Jap Crap. It's what it is, I need to do rust work before the next COF, already replaced clutch and cylinders, replaced crankshaft seals and front shocks. I really expected it to be able to achieve better kms before requiring re- ringing etc. But i like my piece of Jap crap because it takes me away from the mundane world of most others.

Understandably another post by you that has no bearing to the OPs Post. You're a stirrer who obviously enjoys a snide comment or three. You're probably going to go into an overdrive Apoplectic fit as you bash out a reply. My opinion just happens to be the opposite of yours, but you wont find me banging on and on like a stuck record.
