Does any one know where i can successfully buy or purchase a (EKA) Emergency Key Access code which is a 4 digit code for a 1998 Rover 216.

Are there still any Rover dealerships? They aren`t quite Landrovers/Rangerovers.

They're partly Honda as well, or were at some stage.

If you do a Google search there are companies in England that offer this service. I would try emailing them. Alternatively give Beechams in Auckland a ring, they may be able to help.
Some of them still use Lucas 5as Immobiliser system as my Rover 200 ,i rang Armstrong Prestige in Wellington with no luck and was told to try other Rover dealers.

i rang MG Rover in Auckland they told me to try Key Doctor Auckland so i rang him and he said if i remove my immobiliser unit and post it to them he can bypass the whole thing so remotes arent needed anymore ,but at a cost $300 plus return postage $15.

I think some of the pre 1995 Rovers were like Honda at one stage, would be nice to know if any Honda's shared the same lucas 2 button remote as Rover 200's from 1995 to 2000 as i rang a key cutting guy in Levin just up the road and he can clone just about any japanese car remotes he said.
That was jonjoe in UK, i tried to get one and was refunded and they never replied to my emails.
