This video is indicative of the botched workmanship of the clowns that applied the centerline rumble strips between Raetihi and the Raupiu Bridge on the Parapara Highway between Wanganui and Raetihi.
Don't really see your point, though it seems you have trouble staying in your lane. I travel this road frequently and don't have an issue with the rumblestrips. Just stay off them!
