And they didn't think it would do that? mind you -"they" got it there in the first place

Tow truck driver was an idiot. It was obvious a mile away what was going to happen. Deserves to be sacked over that one.

They look like Army what do expect usually an officer be directing it only end in a f@#$kup.

its why you think every scenario thru and make sure the handbrake is on and you have a quick decuple function. All sorts to think off. like a leg out sideways also etc. there is enough room for danger eaven if you did think you where thinking of everything .

snafu

Yea it's pretty basic common sense . . . you would think, but it happens all too often.
I have always considered where it's likely to go when moved long before even hooking up tow ropes etc.
Have had to literally use a few houses (porch posts/ foundation piles etc) & tree's/ fence posts, as a strop anchor on slopes, before moving the car (& me), to where it's safe.

Some people are good at Physics, others prefer to eat lunch.

mrfxit, Aug 17, 1:37am
LOL yea ,. mmmmmm lunchtime ;-)

Seriously tho, I thought it was 1 of the 1st things taught to salvage workers in the forces, secure 1st, then anything else.

It's now easier to read the last rites and to bury it.

Its like these muppet's that have just totaled a $700-800k Pipe layer.
Lights are on and no one is home.
