Where would i find an early model holden rim 5 stud to fit 13 x 155 tyre.I think HJ or around that era.

I am pretty sure that 5 stud 13 inch rims were on very early holdens from around 1957 FE ? through to about 1977 on LH and LX Toranas. 1969-1971 models had the same stud pattern but were 14 inch. Even early 4 cylinder VB, VC, VH and VK commodores had 13 inch rims that did fit 1958 FB thru to 1977 Toranas . Basic models with 13 inch rims are FB,FC,EK,EJ,EH,HD,HR then the Commodores andToranas as listed above. HJ era were all 14 inch and a different stud pattern to early holden 13 inch rims. Hope this helps

yep as above said but the lc,lj,lx,lh and uc were all 13" as well the commodore are 6" (v's 5.5") wide though so they might not take a 155 tyre

also the ht,hg holdens had the same stud pattern but were 14"

That's interesting, it might be easier to find 14 in

Standard LJ Rim is 4.5JJ. GTR is 5.5JJ. Original Tyres are a A78L13. Which equates to around a 175/80/13. I run 185/70/13 on my standard rims. Which is within tolerance. Almost to wide for a 4.5JJ. Run 195/60/14 on my period mags (HT) which I think are 5.5JJ. Would have to check if a 4.5JJ would take a 155 nicely.
Edit to add. A 155 will fit. It's the lowest you can go on a 5". I think I saw some advertised this week. LJ Rims

Ageing. They are on spartan ave.
Eden park car spares are on the corner of sandringham and royal terrace.
There is a real estate agent there now as well.

We can probably tell you what model/s the rim you're after if we know the PCD. On a five stud, measure the distance between the outsides of two adjacent studs, subtract one stud diameter and divide by 0.58778.

Probably not your cheapest option being down here, but Mc wheels in Canterbury(kaiapoi) may be able to help if no luck closer. http://www.mcwheels.co.nz/contact.php

I'm pretty sure they are 5x108mm or 5x4¼".

At 5 x 4 1/4" In 13 inch you're looking at LC, LJ, LX, or LH Torana.
If it's presumably for a trailer you might find it easier to find a pair of 14 inch HK to HG wheels and tyres (same stud pattern).

Don’t forget the Starfire Commodores. Four cylinders of excellence that happened to run 13†wheels.

Yes they had the same stud pattern but had 12 mm not 7/16" studs.
