Is there a way of finding a listing that expired just over a week ago ? I was interested in the vehicle but it hasn't been relisted and when I click on it in my 'Items I lost' box it just comes up Sorry Expired.

You cannot go back to an expired classified unless Google has an image of it. Auctions would be available for about 45 days after they finish.

No., only way is if you can find the seller in another auction and ask them a question on that one.

Try copying the exact auction name into google. If it comes up in your search you should be able to click on the small green triangle at the end of the header and select 'cached'. It will give you a screenshot of the auction page at a certain date. I've used this method to get cell phone numbers for the same situation you have.

Bugger. Looks like I should've noted some contact details before it closed but expected it to be re-listed. Likely sold anyway now. Was just listed as "Bus" so searches bring up penty of others .

If you type in 'Trade Me auction' and then the expired auction number into a google search it will find it. Then click on 'cached' to bring up the old screenshot.

Click the little down arrow to right of search box magnifying glass above, expired listings, put car model then in categories scroll down to trade me motors, cars, then click the search box.
