Why buy Chinese vehicles when they make such crap?

Local courier has one, every time he shuts the drivers door the rear barn doors flex and bow out slightly. Just flimsy construction.

80,000k in 3 yrs so it cant be that bad given that he says it was off the road for 6 months waiting for parts. Still wants top $ as well. Sounds like he just a moaner to me.

That's only an average of only 650 ('ish') Km per week, bugger all for a commercial vheicle?
(Methinks he's taking the p*** with the price).

It wasn't off the road waiting for parts for six months. Two sides to every story. Nor did the heater core explode nor did he have to wait for three months for a heater core. The guy is more than a moaner he is a drama queen.

he is advertising it to try and draw attention to himself as well as bad mouth people as well as the product at the same time. he has no intentions of selling as the price is way too high.Looks like trade me have removed add now.

I also dont believe it broke down 6 times due to a manafacturing defect. if it did its because he never took it into be fixed after the first 5 times.

we hired a long wheel base one for a family trip. it didn't break down but it always took ages to start when cold, cranking over and over and over before firing up. you can see where the 'savings' are , the seat was uncomfortable, all the surfaces felt nasty, there were rattles from the windows, the heater in the rear was either a furnace or stone cold and the radio was an antique. If you need the most load space for you $$$ it may be good value but if you're looking to do mad mileage you'd be looking at transits and fiats with envy.

and we wonder why wages are being screwed down.
Sure you had to pay $3000 for a normal CRT TV back in the day, but you could afford to build a brand new house on your wages and you also had enough left over so the wife didn't have to work.

Would a transit be any better?
