Would any targa competitors use the Pukekohe open testing day for a shakedown?

Finished prepping the car today, sort the service vheicle out Sat & sun, chill out on Mon and the fun starts Tuesday, cant Wait!

This will be my 21st year of Targa racing and it still feels like I'm a kid on Xmas eve.

As always If you're out there say 'hi', look for the bald old guy asleep in the passenger seat of the Blue APP 135i BMW. (I've put a lot of faces to MB user names through Targa).

Edited to say the 'Forgotten Highway' stage out to Whangamomona and back on Friday is as good as it gets!

What time Tuesday? Might wander down and also pick up my tickets for the weekend.

Anybody on the Targa, give the timing-crews a wave.

We need all the encouragement we can get (not really, we do it to help, and for the love of it)

Timing crews rock, we couldn't race without you guys out there in all weather conditions keeping us all safe. Volunteers are the unsung hero's of grassroots motor-sport in NZ.

(Don't you love the new Rallysafe management system).

Nice to say 'Hi' this morning SR2! Another TM message board face 'ticked off'.

Great atmosphere and people itching to get going. The Targa Tour contingent was huge. Promo vehicle - Racing Ray Williams in a Bentley SUV!

Not too many classics these days which is a shame.
