Something to do with the audio system.

msigg, Jan 5, 2:19am
Yes above, audio system.

saxman99, Jan 5, 4:30am
As above could be part of an audio system, possibly to add steering wheel controls to an aftermarket stereo.

Flux Capacitor or Dilithium Controller ? .

marte, Jan 5, 5:06am
Some thing audio, it's got the standard Euro stereo plugs on its back, speaker destinations, ie FR FL etc

Heres a link to where somebody's working on one & involving a CD stereo setup.

It appears to be the termination board for the amplified antenna array if not the antenna amp itself judging from the silk screen. Can't see any componentry in either photo, is it two separate pieces shown? does the flat flex run between them? Or is it two boards stacked on top of each other, the solder tracks are inconsistent with the connector spades on the other side, those appear to be through hole leads in one pic but with much larger spades shown on the other side and no obvious mapping between them.

ronaldo8, Jan 8, 12:17am
Actually, I'm buggered if I know, it has speaker connections as well, something to do with the radio. A terminator board for the radio's connections I'd think/guess.

bill1451, Jan 8, 12:37am
probably has nano transmitters in it to link up to cell 5 cell towers, yah never can trust EURO crap.

marte, Jan 8, 12:53am
It's the radio antenna board, from the link in my above post.
