on friday i got a call from my mate who is aged 79. HE said he wants to know how to get to my address from taumarunui mitre 10. . SO HE Driven friday morning down here to go to the airshow in Masterton. . we left saturday morning 6 am for masterton spent the day . left about 4 pm from show he dropped me off and said he drives home to whangarei now. after topping up engine oil . He left and was stuck in heavy traffic all over auckland and was home in whangarei at 2 am.

i spoke to him this morning all fine. I DID SAY we where probably lucky as it maybe canceled now. and s it is https://www.wings.org.nz/ He made some valid statements. he does not know how much longer he lives at this age so you got to do things while you can and while you are still alive and able to do so.

He owns an old euro as it needed to be topped up with oil, if it was a toyota it would need no oil and he would have been there earlier. easy. and motorways were not gridlocked, they were full but flowing good, I was on the bridge at 10.30pm and was OK . So some fake news as usual. You need to get some better stories.

he driven thru auckland to avoid traffic. He seen what went south out of auckland down at mercer and what went north. so definet way more traffic then it would be out of auckland on a saturday night. and no its not a european car he drives. gridlocked is probably the wrong word but its short enough to explain as i can not write stuff near as fast now.

It will be some clapped out old diesel van. These old guys travel all over the country in these things, park in some hidden away local park or reserve, sleep in the back and then fill all the rubbish bins with their MacDonalds wrappers and empty Red Bull cans. Occasionally you can spot one in your local pub on the prowl for some toothless old sheila to show the new mattress in the back of his van. Yep, that’s it.
