How did he do that. quite easy driving so fast that stability control could no longer correct the dangerous driving. spun out fast enough rotating backwards in to this tree.

4WD truck utes like that are not as good for road use as a road car. The handling is inferior.
The one into the back of a tree, likely spun out and went allmost the speed in reverse that he was going fowards, anyone who can drive knows this is when you chop it into first or second, red line it, and burn rubber to get going fowards again, or lessen the impact going backwards, they are like a brick on jelly in suburban areas so they were likely doing nothing wrong and gravity got the best of them, perhapps.
