What a great outcome. They could have been sneaky and just said the ad was a pricing error and the original deal stands and there would be nothing you or your mum could do about it. Nice to see car dealers doing the right thing. Believe it or not, it happens more than people realise.

Yes I was impressed and happy that it wasnt a fight to get the proper price. It could've been a genuine error, or a try on. Either way, a great result.
cjohnw - thanks. One of the reason for the upgrade the car has a 5 star rating (rather than her 25 year old car which had a 1 star rating)! It was really nice seeing the smile on her face when she saw and drove the car.
