Harley made custom motorcycles for Boorman and Mcgregor. The bikes are a mix of the livewire electric and (touring parts similar to what has been used on the yet to be released H.D Pan America adventure/ tourer)

15.5 kwh/ 13.6kwh usable Battery with samsung cells. Range 150 miles/ 240km with a 12.5 hour recharge on a 120 volt plug.

A number of mains connected chargers installed in South America before the trip was attempted.

Very actually, just watched the first 4 episodes on Apple +
So far its an on going problem finding reliable power even for house mains, the freezing temps down there are also causing issues, one of the electric utes has ran out of charge and Charlie has once so far to.

The name of the series should be called "2 blokes in South America looking for charging stations"

I've only seen the first three, but I concur.

I like electric, and owned a Leaf for nearly a year. But watching the show so far, would make me run far far away from any electric road bikes.

But I guess can apply the disclaimers : prototype bikes, country lacking charging infrastructure.
