just as sick down here , council buying land down Tarras way for a future airport they don't need just to speed things up for blardy tourists and the business class all in the best interests for the country at large so they say and don't give a crap about the locals considerations .Those bully's also actually mislead by deception the land owner who sold it regretting after finding out what they intended to do with the land . Rates here are more than they should be and council keep pressing increases like everything else in this world tax ! Just criminals. Some people just can't afford all the increases when there income remains the same or they are locked into finance , very few get pay rises to keep up with increasing costs of living .NZ locals are getting screwed over big time ,to be fair nothing is adjusted to suite.The rising costs will get hard working people going loopydi doo over it .ie like shit hitting the fan.
