Open it up, perhaps there’s a brand name or other clues inside it?

Ditch the aftermarket alarm AND the key and get two new correct keys programmed up I'd have thought. If theres no branding on it then it's highly unlikely you will get spares for it.

Rip it out. -Seriously. If Im right its a cheap unit out of china. given your hack already needs a transponder key to start you don't need the drama.
Ohh and cut that toenal ;-)

Given that its a hack, I'm thinking that two new keys will be pushing the price envelope a bit.

I agree with KAZ. my wife just ripped her toenail off today in a very minor slip . cut it now or spend the morning in A+E !

i dont know but my mate got a refund from wish and now the stuff turned up. i have a lot of keys from wish they did work .To cut them keys you need a different cutting machine with what looks like milling machine copy machine. I do VW keys like that i fkd up some blades because the original jumped out of the holder i got another holder now for better clamping . Also made plastic keys for my wallet in case i get locked key in car.
