Probably better you manufacture your own machine. Very few items needed and not too expensive.A torque wrench,an electric motor,and an a/c ammeter - /amp meter / and a voltmeter .

Hi. That sounds like the things Moreys used to use to demonstrate their product. They were all over the place, though I'm going back forty years. Small country garages had them. There will be one sitting around somewhere.You might find on by asking for a Moreys demonstration machine.
I'd be interested to know what you are going to do with it.
