in my car there is a brake light on, think it is the handbrake car been checked brakes are fine, also central locking wont work or the low speed wiper blades. the auto electric guy cant find the problem, no honda people here in Timaru so asking here just on the off chance someone may have a bright idea what the problem is. fuses have all been checked

If the fluid level is ok, check the float in the centre of the reservoir is in fact floating in the fluid where it should be and isnt stuck down in the chamber it fits in. Pretty sure those cars still use that system.

Does the central lock work off the main lock button in the car?
