Does anyone recall the three wheeled maintainance buggys used by Councils in the 70s?. These were about half the size of a medium sized car, had a flat tray for shovels and rubbish bins and a single seat for the driver in the front Powered by a pull start single cylinder villiers or briggs and stratton, they were only cabable of around 15kmph As kids we used to hold on to them and get a free ride whilst on our bikes, but driver usually noticed a drop in his already insignificant speed and would tell us to bugger off I wonder if any survived?

Local government Act 2002 happened to them. Councils can now vote themselves any amount of your money they want. So plenty of nice new Can-Ams and the likes doing those jobs now!
