Ok this has been a topic a few times . The short answer is there is no best its why John Anello has 250,000$ US worth of factory scan tools in his diagnostic arsenal and growing. However what is the best For the lowest price?
There is topdon that looks like its also the launch. i dont know if that is just a legalised pirate version as you know piracy is not a offense in C unless no money is made by the C-leaders. Topdon from what i seen is however only like 70% full pro launch. plus we cant get topdon cheap in nz as where you can the thinkdiag= what i purchased in 2014 called idiag-launch= discontinued soon after. as launch makes new tools like you change underwar. plus support is usually non existing for launch. and supposedly good for topdon.

Here are the problems i had with The idiag and the problems do only come when you upgrade to a newer version of android on your tablet phone etc. So to fix This i purchased a kitkat android tablet and it only has launch software from idiag on it nothing else what so ever not 1 single update from playstore.= works ever since. As it will say parsing error and not function for my nexus 5 phone after android was upgraded from kitkat. This is what to remember as you unlikely will get support and have to figure it all out your self. I also have to purchase the software on website not with built in app from idiag= another thing i had to figure out. For my version

You see on launch upgrade from easydiag-- before easydiag it was idiag. There is also Golo-pro and golo. loads of underwear changes . HINKDIAG Full System Diagnostic Tool Support Actuation Test for iPhone & Android (Upgrade Version of Easydiag Now i have not used this but i add 2 and 2 and its= 4 in my books the older pro versions also had software like pincode hacking removed from the 4500$ versions and with this thinkdiag i did read its a optional thing you can buy add on now . Also no tool wont read all pins. like my 4000$ xtool pad 2 will not read the pin on my passat 2007 but the 500$ xhorse-iscancar will pull the pin with a valid key if you select the correct option to hack the pincode.
*7 yes thats a pro tool and wont be as cheap as the thinkdiag. But yes i have that on my potential purchase list in future.
