Musk is one of the biggest conmen of today, he likes to spout all these stats but never actually delivers anything he says he will, but people keep believing it.
Musk is the new chosen one, and the wealthy flock to his vehicles, especially when discounted up to $8,000.

Maybe you missed the fastest production car in the world bit, it's an absolute bargain to be able to embarrass a $500,000 plus Lamborghini at the lights.
I know which one looks better.Drives and handles better. And will be worth more in 20 years time. Also the Lamborghini is under $400,000.

Is the demand still going to be there for a three second Lamborghini when EV's getting to 100 km/h an hour in half a second ? Lamborghini no doubt be viewed as a "Tractor-engine".
