anyone here a member of a good (and active) forum for the above topics? struggling to find a decent one. I figure that with all the clever gents who frequent this MB, some of you will be embers of good forums?

what are you after? I Am not a member of any of them forums. however i do have gotten my permanent residence with my engineering Pass certificate from Bühler machinen fabrik switzerland.

i once was on some forum for free CNC virtual simulation programming. So depending on what you want there is multiple directions this goes You have to say specific what ?

My son made a gudgeon pin for an old motor when he was about thirteen. A lot of old coots online were telling him he couldn't. Ya have to have molly chrome they reckoned. No such thing when the original was made he said. haha. So he made one and hardened it and posted a vid of it running.

It was an old kiwi made thing. petrol. You'd probably know them. I've forgotten. He's got a collection of old motors.
