New start time
Sunday's Bathurst 1000 will start 30 minutes earlier in an effort to minimise the impact of rain and storms forecast for the region on Sunday. The race was due to start at 11.30am, but will now get under way at 11am

The actual Bathurst broadcast coverage on Sky5 starts at 9.45am NZ time.
Looks like first live race is Toyota 86 at 11am, followed by the Tin Tops, and the Race 31 (1000km) just after midday NZ time. Giving a finish time of 8pm, then Trackside Live.
I guess there is some guesswork in that too.
