Hey guys looking at upgrading the system in the old surf have a kzn130 wanting to know what the biggest speakers people have fit in the standard locations as I'm fine modifying things if I need to just don't want to be putting holes in my door cards as I don't like the look of it thanks to anyone that has any info

what you do is you use a thing called a mesuring tape and mesure you also wind down the window to make sure the speaker wont hit the glass etc.

Crutchfield will be able to tell you, although you will have to enter the model as a 4Runner rather than Surf.

Hey thanks for the advice intrade do appreciate it but if you read what I wrote I said I dont want holes in my door cards as I don't like the look of them being there in the surfs but as I say appreciate the comment really helped

Did you use the find what fits my car menu? It's quite good. I randomly looked up a 1993 4Runner and it gave lots of options.
