Do you want it to work ,or do you want bluetooth? You can't have both !

bigfatmat1, Mar 23, 5:56am
no you cannot because modules would need to be metal and noise.

bigfatmat1, Mar 23, 5:59am
you can't shield the power and data wire if its the same wire

https://www.eevblog.com/forum/microcontrollers/power-and-data-thru-2-wires/ https://www.quora.com/How-do-you-transmit-receive-data-and-provide-power-over-only-two-wires

It is pretty common in audio, many microphones and other di boxes etc require +48v. You supply the 48v and they give you the AC audio signal down the same line.

You can have a shielded cable. The shielding is grounded.

but you want the power and data on same wire the power wire will have noise how you going to clean that up build some massive filter at the distribution of power supplies. Seems like a whacked idea for a ice vehicle imo alright on a small device that doesn't use much power or have alot of switching going on and can have a filtered power supply.

Seems to me like alot of extra electronics would be needed like extra filtering, impedence correction as well wave shifting for next to no gain over current systems for data in cars. The central point for data in a car is called a gateway FYI. Been around for years as well as communications via data digital dc is whats used, modern looms are way smaller than their 90s counterparts

When you are using cruise control and the car decides it needs to go faster / put its foot down, it is a computer module talking to a servo or similar that pulls the accelerator cable !

psa self accelerate c4 from2014 done 7800rpm in neutral with key in my hand for a further 10 secounds. error code inplausible bsi.
the car had 834km on its odometer from brand new.

That be the stuff that goes pop and lets out a puff of smoke when you put a teck screw through it .
