Mazda themselves. Otherwise I suggest Auckland Towbars.

i hope you know that it wont be cheap and i also hope you dont have a cvt transmission because they are not made to tow nothing. plus you need a computer with the towbar programmed in to the system so the stability control knows when you have a trailer hooked on or not 1200$ to 2500$ for a towbar is what you can expect to pay if its done right.

I would try and find a good used approved Mazda one and whatever wiring components you need to accompany it.

Go the wrecking yard route, it’ll save a lot compared to a brand new one.

Lockon , 2000kg braked 750kg unbraked 88kg tonque load. Also come with wiring interface . We do plenty of these for car dealers in our area, around $800 fitted and wired but depends on lockon dealer .

1200$ upwards if manufacturer dont have a towbar then dont fit one if its a cvt. you dont want the push-belt fall apart when its not made to tow stuff.
https://www.ebay.com/itm/Skoda-Octavia-III-Tow-Bar-13-Pin-Wiring-Kit-LED-305406300113-Westfalia-OEM-/274333750492 thats just the wiring kit and no one is going to sell it to you in new zealand at that price you also have to pay shipping on top. not to mention the cost to dismental a car to fit a wiring loom and then programm it to the stability control system and the cost of the tow hitch. Good luck finding a professional who does all that for free.

460 au is 600 nz plus 450 for secoundhand towbar usually also 700 + for a factory kit 600 and 700 is 1300$ without labour 4,5 at 120$ to insltall 540$ and 150$ programming . is what the true cost is. + 15% gst. my figures are sound. and on lower mid limmit price 100$ is a canbus shorting out kit morons fitted to that mercedes 2003 model C class. instructions clearly said not to be used with vehicles on canbus. they used the bus as a ground . Limp mode each time a trailer was hooked up.

So a 2013 Mazda CX5 has now turned into a Skoda Octavia III according to intrade !

The towbar team also fitted a electrical interface to the mercedes . and the thing was in limp mode after . i am not claiming you do anything wrong . but if the vehicle has stability control it must be fitted with the computer module who talks to the cars stability control system and let it know if a trailer is attached . if you just go install nilly willy some sort of modules that do not talk to stability control then you are liable for manslaughter if the owner crashes because the stability control put the car with trailer in to a ditch as worst case. If it has no stability control cheaper methods are available Westfalia jaeger and then other ones Like the australian one who said not for canbus in clear english instructions. This tow team fitted to the merc with canbus and stability control.
This is whats required if it has "stability control" there is no other way other then obviously the wrong way that i pointed out can lead to manslaughter charges.
