I noticed outlets selling today only special limited stock. Wording like this on stuff that is not cheap or nothing near what the wording would make you hope it was. And its sold out within a few days. Must be the same people that buy all the toilet paper when the media prints tomorrow is lockdown.

i think its a trick that works like the media mad ute sale mad eve sale get in while you can who only charge you 3 times more ah i mean low everyday price as in we rip you off always is how i read this. So i went to look at this foam pad to kne on for 30 bux right its made of some crap i got free with my washing machine. F. kd if i pay 30 bux i buy it when its 5 bux because who buys crap for thet price. Well obviously a lot of toiletpaper lockdown braindead people out there . I doubt they use it at all if then once. Its not like it was durable constructed . ther stuff as well same thing you find for cheaper elsewhere then special cheap marketed stuff.

here is another one The spcial club prices i often look under the sign for the real price and i seen the clubs price more expensive then the shelf price. This is because they will raise the price 20% and forgot to remove the old prices hanging over the new special low price that is more then the old price. I found that happen also. more with food mafia That one. Another trick is to put less in the same container lower the price. phase out the stuff with more inside and then rais that price with less To the old price or above . rasing the actuarl price of what zyou get not only by hidden 20% but more then that and the cost only got up 5% . only you now get 25% less product for 5% more cost.

Let's start at the price of Houses and work down. Everything is OTT as far as costs are concerned and as long as the idiots keep paying premium prices there is no need to have price drops.

There is anticompetition mafia and a 7 year jale is law now This place erased all links and all media erased it apart from one news on younoob and on demand.

Some of the stuff is quite complex to figure out. i should have purchased the sealer cubes for 130$ on here if i had knowen what would happen. I contacted the maker of the product for trade price 160 bux for what sold on here for 130. So i questioned how come i get charged more thenjoe blog can buy it on tradme? The answer was they had old prices and are now forced to sell it for 200 bux . So it would have been stale product for 130 bux = what i figured out of that . Then there is the super. battery i got a ok price was told contact whangarei agent for cheaper prices in future. I look on trademe the price i paid was the same joe blog gets off here. Then the guy tells me i got good prices and i should meet to buy a whole lot more. Guess What i did. I put his phone number in the trashbin.

Now another one but i done it this time smarter. I got headlight protectors from airplex for my mb140. I got them from supercheap via my trade logon. I went to the A store the guy friendly looked and said we dont have anything for headlights. I got it 30% global on anything including order parts. I think it was 56 doller no picture and i expected the stickon cut out rubber membrane but its the full plexyglass cover for my mb 100 is what was listed= same van but short wheelbase nothing to do with differenc in headlights for my mb140. Now the website from nz has this listed for like 150 doller or so. So i did not contact them and ask why because of what happened last time. But i got them covers here for the price . So now i can ring them and ask why are you wanting 3 times more then what i can get if from 3th party? as i already got it. I fully expected supercheap to write that they refund me as they cant get the product at that price. But no it was shipped and it was not stocked it must have come from airplex. Now i am all for supporing local NZ company but not like this when i get thru a australian outlet this much cheaper. just paste the number in supercheap for your car i think thats how i found it

You wouldn't get ripped off like this in Switzerland.
And that toilet paper is such a ripoff, for the price of a couple of packets you can get a handheld bidet and then you don't have to buy any toilet paper again! Wash with bidet and dry with an old rag and chuck in washing machine after use.

I bought some PVC pipe recently from a small local business. The very helpful chap said "the pipe is a rip-off, I'll give you the trade price".
40mm PVC pipe @ 5.8m Retail: $141 Trade: $27
Presuming that they are still making money at trade price, the retail margin is simply taking the p*ss.

switzerland has its own way to rip you like a 70% tax to the government if you sell your house. My mother said she could have given the aparment away instead of selling it. I said you better blow that money fast because you be taxed again for it when you save it what ever is left. But yea consumer goods That stuff dont happens like mr auto for car parts. You dont have to be a spending 20h of your time on each product to buy to not be charged extortion ammounts. PS i better go and get that as i pay 7$ trade a liter for this direct from valvoline. https://www.supercheapauto.co.nz/p/valvoline-valvoline-diesel-extra-engine-oil-15w-40-10-litre/102393.html

there is a lot of companies in nz who are only interested in massive mark ups. that way they make the same money with a lot less sales which means less admin, less stock, less capital tied up by stock. very few are interested in volume sales.
the other thing to watch is that increasing the price and then putting it on special is illegal.

There certainly seems to be more and more adoption of the Briscoes model, charge a fortune upfront then have periodic 30-60% off sales and expect everyone to come flooding in saturated with gratitude. Plenty of them are playing the above game of pushing the cost of warehousing back onto suppliers, much of that stuff SCA is selling on their website isnt even in the country. This place is a nation of ticket clippers.

i wonder if the warehousing situation will change ex covid. a lot of companies use Australia for the warehousing and just fly goods here when required.

like i dont mind to pay a fair price like the headlight covers are ok price without discount from S*** and for example that pvc pipe 50 bux would be a ok and fair price . But no they have to charge so much more that it is byond rediculess.
