Iwant to make new transom for my fibreglass dingy using several layers of ply . it has to support 2hp outboard & stick to fibre glass & withstand sea water , so what glue should I use ?

brace the original transom with ply. if you remove the original transom you wil create a weak point, not a good idea for a boat.

There is an outfit in Auckland who makes the epoxy and it is good value. 2 HP won't need a super thick transom.
