Green dummies don't know squat about anything other than anything coming out the exhaust pipe of a vehicle is bad. I back the Vic Govt on this one. Highanddry motors are only concerned about the sales impact on what is a marginal economic excercise nothing else.

What fuel a vehicle is using shouldn't be a factor in determining RUC's, its the size and weight of it that is the relevant bit, not its propulsion.
