Me, deluded fool! F--k you. I never said it was WORTH what he wants or paid for it. Idiot.

male_timaru, Sep 11, 11:48am
lol - he was talking about the seller of the car hahahaa

michael.benn, Sep 11, 12:54pm
Err, it's obvious he was talking about the seller, not you. LOL. Calm the farm :)

noswalg, Sep 11, 1:05pm
Wow, I wonder what insurer has 91 run of the mill skylines covered for $6750. I would seriously consider swapping insurers for deals like that!

kecal, Sep 11, 1:12pm
if you spent 10 gs on thissurely youd like to try and recoup as much as $$$
as you can get . i personaly dont see $1 reserve acheiving this. you may as well have spent all that dosh on lottotickets.each to there own i suppose.

bopbargains, Sep 11, 1:41pm
so he got paid out $6,750, spends $10,000 and then sells it for around $2,500. What a winner.

bob1120, Sep 11, 4:50pm
The awesome widebody has been removed by trademe. . . . again.

doriandarby, Sep 11, 5:13pm
you sure!still on my list

bob1120, Sep 11, 5:16pm
Thats odd, I clicked the link an hour ago & got the Kiwi arsing up on the banana skin, with, "this auction has been removed by trademe". Its back now for me too.

richard198, Sep 12, 4:41pm
It looks like our hero might only lose $7,000.
Unless shedbosswgtn bids again which would also be interesting!
No excuses now, everyone!GRRR!

a.woodrow, Sep 12, 5:01pm
just closed at 4g

richard198, Sep 12, 6:04pm
Yeah, the bidder must be a right Charlie!

aragorn2003, Sep 12, 6:07pm
wow lost some serious money on that one LOL

richard198, Sep 12, 6:50pm
Expecting it to be re-listed any moment soon!

doriandarby, Sep 12, 7:06pm
Check the feedback of the seller and the auction winner - they both bought hair extensions from the same trader.coincidence!

buyme3, Sep 12, 8:15pm
also rather large bid ammount jumps. dodgy bidding if ever i saw it

bubbles244, Sep 13, 3:24am
Dude.Tom Walkinshaw wants his bonnet back.

hutchk, Sep 13, 5:30am
No he doesn't, he was hoping to never see it again.

hutchk, Sep 13, 5:31am
Not that he will ever see it again being dead and all.

mad924, Sep 13, 8:13am
even if it was a likable car, too many things about this trade doesn't add up. the car is in Akl, the owner is in Akl, the seller is in Huntly!! how hard is it to register and get yourself address verified, etc!

a.woodrow, Sep 13, 8:19am
yeah willing to bet we will see it relisted soon, I found it between the two $1 reserves listed as a classified for 10g

a.woodrow, Sep 15, 7:14am
Yep, relisted due to "timewaster" bahahahaha but he very nicely didn't post neg f/b on the previous winner

br.jacko, Sep 15, 9:16am
what a fu**enjoke.

doug207, Sep 15, 9:26am
No, the bonnet lump is from a V8, not an RB engined VL.

What an amusing looking car though.

bubbles244, Sep 15, 10:18am
750 V8s were sold, for homoligation.
another 250 were made with mixed v8's (no Group A spec 4 bolt mains etc) and Rb30 E/ET due to demand
