I love the reasons people give for only owning a car for a week or so. 1. I bought it for my wife but she can't drive a manual. 2. I bought it last week, but I have now just got a company car. 3. I just bought it but have decided to go on my O/E. All the above would be an extremely rare coincidence if true. 99% of the above reasons are bull. Why don't people just say " I bought the car last week, as I thought I could sell it for a bit more and make a profit" . As a dealer, I have not had a single person turn around and leave because of my reason for selling.

^^another take on that is, "I bid on this car and didn't know what I was doing, it was local and sooo cheap, didn't bother to get a pro check as its a ripoff on cheap cars and instead took my bro in law with me who is soooo good with cars and really should be a mechanic but never got round to it, the important stuff like the stereo and air con worked well so we left it at that, the bloke selling it was a nice guy but sooo busy he couldn't get round to getting a new WOF done for us but never mind we thought it would fly through as the tyres looked OK (thats all they check isn't it!)We got a check done and the inspector ran out of room on the page to write the faults down and the temperature gauge does funny things too and it drips oil on the floor. But I've decided its not what I want now as I think I should have bought a different colour instead.
