Hmmm.answer is the same though: doesn't matter if the skyline falls off the road, or the truck falls off the road, the reason in both cases is because the driver didn't understand the limitations of the vehicle in the conditions it was being operated. There's complacent/naive truckies, and there's dumbass skyline drivers.and an off camber corner will mess them both up! :P

Yes but the bigger the camber, the sooner each type will fall off

i have driven my truck around the south bound lane of the newly formed roundabout probably at least 10 times, the camber is less than existing ones in hamilton already
standard road camber is 3 per cent, (30mm per metre) from the crown (usually centre) of the road to the kerb, unless specced by engineers different. (i have built roads in the past)
it will be very interesting to see it all finished, although i think you will run out of fingers to count the roundabouts from huntly to south of hamilton!

Which is why you'll very rarely find me on that side of the river.

what we need are less roundabouts and more fly-over interchanges, so called '3rd world' countries are way ahead of us as far as traffic flow goes, ie Thailand, not that we are as grid-locked as Bangkok.yet

Depends whether it's off camber or not.

I reckon they should be banked like a speedway track.

At what angle does it cease to be the driver's own fault he crashed his truck, and become the angle's fault!
[I ask this mainly because I think a lot of people would respond differently if you crossed out "truck" and replaced it with "Nissan Skyline" and had the same discussion. ]
