He sounds full of shyte, I don't believe that 40 number he/the media has put forth. He sounds like a tool especially with his chopped to second pulling the fingers stuff. An unmarked car doesn't have bars, a nudge would be obvious on the bodywork of it. Trying to sound like a hard ass and the media has lapped it up as fact.

yup, joke for sure, years ago I was stopped at a checkpoint & got done for driving outside the terms of a temporarly license, got a year suspended & $1000 fine. sucks huh!
