Does anyone knowwhat percentage of cyclists are actually gay!

owene, Jan 7, 8:20am
100%

oliver6, Jan 7, 9:56am
I don't suppose anyone knows the answer to that inane question, even the moronic drivellers who hate cyclists wouln't generally venture a guess.
Most people who ask questions like that rae closet gays themselves.

foxdonut, Jan 7, 10:30pm
Cool story bro.

trogedon, Jan 8, 2:04am
What, you like stories about Gays!

trogedon, Jan 8, 2:11am
In all my years of competitive road cycling ??

zak410, Jan 8, 2:13am
What! they made you wait !
This is inexcusable !

Learn patience and teach it to your children too.

motorway, Jan 8, 2:13am
This didn't happen did it!

fordkiwi27, Jan 8, 2:15am
troggy picking on cars with no wof!

foxdonut, Jan 8, 7:28am
It's small penis syndrome, minus the ferrari.

lookoutas, Jan 8, 7:40am
There's nothing wrong with that - they have a right to be there. Unless they have room to pull over but don't, then you have a gripe.
The only ones that get up my nose, instantly, are the ones riding two abreast and don't pull into single file when a car approaches from behind,

owene, Jan 8, 8:06am
It did as it was me. If I'd known that this bloody cyclist was going to do, I'd have run her over and thus destroyed the evidence.

trogedon, Jan 8, 8:32pm
No wof or rego for most of a year (not a month and a half) - so that makes it ok (to pick on them).

gadgit3, Jan 8, 8:51pm
Never driven Thames coast road then! sometimes behind a bike for up to 3km. It's not the waiting I'm worried about it's the fact you can't give 1.5m of clearance when passing them on that road with a 2.5m+ wide trailer and in most cases when passing another boat in the oppsite direction you have to drop the outside wheel onto the stones. I'm more concerned about the saftey of the cyclest then what time I'm going to show up at the ramp.

owene, Jan 8, 9:05pm
Cyclists should not be on the roads in NZ. They pay no taxes, no ACC and they cause so many crashes then ride off leaving the car owner to take the blame. They should all be forced to drive cars.

zak410, Jan 8, 9:52pm
Maybe boats should not be on the roads either !

chris_051, Jan 8, 10:03pm
I used to drive a 20 metre truck and trailer around the coro loop, I found them pretty good, I'd hang back until it was safe to pass with enough room, and they'd show appreciation for that.
Now the ones that ride 2 abreast, and the ones who ride on the fog line when there is a good metre to the left of them get a blast of the air horn, darwin award in the making. But of course when you let them know of their wrong doings, they are never at fault.

rustispanner - are you that cyclist then!

rustihammer, Jan 9, 3:09am
Wow. That was awesome.Straight off with a personal slur.well done.Yes I am a cyclist - though strictly off road these days.I am also a motorist.I don't condone the blast through red lights or hog the road brigade - nor do i support the overweight, out of breath car driving retard types that think they deserve exclusive use of our roads. The main reasons I ride off road these days are probably due to people like you.

But the difference is that I pay fuel tax, road fund license fees, ACC levies and tax (police salaries). What do you pay towards the safe management of the roads!

rustihammer, Jan 9, 8:40am
Well seeing I own two cars and one trailer, pay through the nose for gas and also register them I dare say I contribute a damn bit to the safe management of the roads. This argument has been done to death. So by your comments I would say you are an advocate of bike regos.can you imagine all the kids biking to school with little rego plates and stickers. anyway I see you didn't read my post - I DON'T ride on the road.Get off your soapbox - you look stupid up there.

pup2, Jan 9, 8:42am
so when did cycles start damaging the roads. Don't here ya crying about the moto boys chewing up all your hard earned ACC taxes.

gunhand, Jan 9, 8:54am
Ive got nothing against cyclists who keep left and ride single file but why some think they are impervise to anything from 1 ton to 40 tons of metal rubber and plastic hauling up there backside at anything from 10 to 100kph is quite beyond me. They just seem to put there lives in danger for no real reason.
Ive seen them have half there bike on and half off the road (narrow road at that) fixing a flat when there was at least 4 meters of siding to work on. That day he was lucky there was no oncoming car or he would have been a statistic. Im going to hit the cyclist before an on coming car Im afraid. Well I would try to stop at least.
