You wont find it, because they never went back to RWD after 1986. The Seville nameplate ended in 2004 and it was the same shape as the 1998 model.

$9k would get you a decent LS400, perhaps an early 2000's model. Heck $9k would get you a decent VT-VU Calais V8. You would even be able to get an E39 540i for well under $9k, perhaps even a late 90s Merc V8 for that coin too.
